Disappointed 🤝
Top Eleven, a popular football management game, initially seemed promising with its engaging gameplay and competitive environment. However, my recent experiences with the game have been far from positive, highlighting significant issues in their approach to customer service and bug resolution. One of the most frustrating aspects of Top Eleven has been their marketing strategy. While they have successfully propelled their marketing efforts to attract a large user base, this has unfortunately come at the expense of the players' experience. The game frequently pushes in-app purchases and promotions, creating a pay-to-win environment. As someone who has invested real money into the game, this aggressive marketing is not just intrusive but also detracts from the enjoyment of playing. The real issues begin when problems arise within the game. Unlike many other platforms that offer responsive and helpful customer support, Top Eleven's support system is severely lacking. When technical bugs or issues occur, they fail to provide timely assistance or solutions. Even more disheartening is their apparent unwillingness to take responsibility for these issues. Any mistakes or glitches that negatively impact your progress or experience are considered final, with no efforts made to rectify them. This is particularly infuriating for those of us who have spent money on the game, expecting a certain level of service and reliability. In summary, while Top Eleven might lure you in with its polished marketing and initial appeal, be prepared for a disappointing experience if you encounter any problems. The lack of effective customer support and their refusal to address or compensate for in-game issues make it a risky investment of both your time and money. For a game that relies so heavily on its community of players, it's disheartening to see such a lack of care and accountability from the developers. Proceed with caution.

Worst “game” ever, all you do is maybe watch a game for 3 minutes a day, and that is if its not set up to be at 5 am, the rest is watching ads for 15 minutes, nothing else to do besides spending money to watch more ads!
