Its a fun game overall. But they only support players who are paying and f2p players get deducted even more with reducing rewards. Its overpriced and its a shame. The game could be more fun without the focus on money

False and misleading advertising

Dear, I am deeply dissatisfied with the unlawful and unreasonable restrictions imposed on my account following my refund request, which I filed under the 14-day right of withdrawal, a right protected by EU consumer law. While I understand the system may deduct credit points after a refund, blocking my account entirely and demanding an exorbitant amount (€2000) to restore access is both disproportionate and unacceptable. Your claim that refunded items remain in the account is invalid since I no longer have access to these or any prior purchases that were not refunded. This creates a situation where I have paid for content I cannot use, violating my rights as a consumer and potentially leading to a legal dispute. Refunds are a legal entitlement, not a tool to impose punitive measures or extort further payments. I demand immediate access to my account and the ability to use all prior purchases or a full refund for all affected transactions. Fun but costly game

The in game admin doesn’t care about players and in game problems. When you sent in a complaint you get responses that seem automated. I have spent quite some money. But when the serve is made unplayable for me the server admin doesn’t intervene. The game can be played for free but the difference between paying and non paying players is huge. I can not recommend this game based on personal experience
