Cannot input hours

For the last 3 weeks, I’ve had to message my employer as I cannot add the days I’ve worked. It literally won’t allow it. I’ve reinstalled the app 3 times it just won’t work. When it does work, it’s a great app, unfortunately right now it’s a 1* as it’s useless to me.
