No Support
App seems legit at first, until you open a support ticket for a very weird problem caused by the app making you lose money. No one answered back for 4 days to date.
Non existent support
Basically the title, everything is fine until u have a problem, then there is literally none replying to emails, you are on your own. Im out since all the other brokers reply to csts within a day. I dont trust TR at all
Referrals
I am waiting like 3 months in order to take my bonus from referrals.. And they told me about that: We are experiencing a technical issue with the execution of the buy order for this bonus. Omg guys…
Minimalistic
A clean app that makes it, for the most part, intuitive to navigate. I would appreciate a bucket functionality where we will be able to distribute our money according to our different goals—e.g. new car, wedding, anniversary gift…
The worst app
The worst app ever. I tried depositing funds to my account, but I can't see them anywhere. I can't transfer my money outside of the app because I have to add a reference account by depositing funds. The support is terrible. I sent them three times for the problem I have and no one helped me with the issue(only one reached out for me).
Customer support
I am still waiting for a reply from costumer support since 20 of December. Totally unacceptable for such a big platform. Furthermore, there is no live chat or live agent. I hope they will fix it because the application in general is nice.
