I can’t access my card details for over a week now. Whenever I try, I get an error message. Support is practically non-existent. Will upgrade my rating when my problem is solved.

It’s not possible to deposit via SEPA, because they refuse accepting money even though names match.

Support was unresponsive for over a month. Even after deleting an account they still keep spamming my email with promotions (wouldn’t be acceptable even if I was still a customer).

Stay clear from these incompetents.

The app is straight up unusable. First the problems with registration that didnt send the sms code. Then when i finally managed to register and transfer funds it now doesnt let me login. When inputing the phone number the country code I used for login is no longer there!! And when trying to login on web app it doesnt recognize the pin although it is correct.. And support is just plain useless with generic responses...

I am trying for a week now to get this app going, managed to verify my account and it has been bugged since - i only see blank screen. When I try to enter TR account from the website it says to do it from the app (which obviously!! Does not work)… impossible to do anything, had reinstalled everything 5x already, hoped I could at least use website and I cant without mobile app… considering trying another trading platform since this one obviously is not easy to even register and start:/

Let me start by saying that I really liked this app before the upgrade to 1.155 version. Now, the UX of the newest upgrade is absolutely horrible:
- the letters are so small in some places my eyes hurt,
- I can’t find anything I frequently used and I’m offered things I don’t need or wanted right in my face,
- the buttons that stay on the screen when you scroll and search for something else cause me anxiety;
- the color of the value of my assets was previously green, now it’s just black and with horrible thick line;
- previously it was easy to drag the slider to see the value of my assets over a period of time and there was a horizontal line indicating positive and negative regions, now this is missing and you need to ling press to get the slider info; Why????
- the menu on the bottom is no more, so I find myself always scrolling on top to get to the info I had before right there,
- I usually like the spacing but with this small letters and icons and over minimalistic design it’s just too much;
- everything is harder to do… who approved this? Why didn’t you test this beforehand? You most definitely did not test this.

It’s horrible, please change it back.

Let me start by prefacing this that I understand you need to serve to your suit overlords and will kneel any time they ask you.

What I don't understand is why you bluntly lied to your customers, with bad excuses that platform is having issues. At least own it like Nottingham, sorry Robinhood did.
