This app has issues with one of the most basic functions: deleting photos in bulk or singular. No matter how many times I have deleted the 100s of photos caught, refreshing the app when logging out and then back in reveals the photos haven’t been deleted. This is a major bug that needs to be fixed asap!
1. The app can’t handle more than 150 photos in a day after which the cameras stop syncing properly for every day after. I was told the issue was my camera sensitivity taking too many photos. That is not the issue, the issue is the architecture of the app and how it syncs with the server. It’s a 4G trail camera, I expect it to work with no limits. 2. You can’t delete photos off their servers in china. I’ve asked to have them removed and radio silence. Literally, there’s no way. They keep all your data and Blaze video confirmed this in writing. This is a huge privacy concern. Until they get this app sorted, the 4G cameras are useless.
Needs a update to accommodate Australian times.
Camera is great and picks up good footage but the time zone selection doesn’t work for Australia. Also, videos don’t delete - if you refresh they come back again.
I can understand some photo access to copy media across but I don’t understand why the app requires full access to all my photos on my iPhone. Seems like a security risk to me. Maybe a developer can clarify?
Yes it is not very smart not being able to synchronise the Australian time zone properly, have to set it to japan to reduce the time difference by 1.5 hours (SA). With now technology and the possibility of synchronising with phone, it sound very poor to leave it as it is. Even going via gmt +9 doesn’t work!!! Rest of the app works well… Back to work guys JP
Australia and half the globe are missing from the time zone selections … hoping this won’t affect my scheduled recording times. An update to include the rest of us would be appreciated.

I would give it -1 if I could. Bought this trail camera because it was advertised to be able to view live using the app. It states in the camera instructions that using the app turns off surveillance mode on the camera and this app notes that you can’t connect WiFi to a home router. How are you supposed to connect WiFi then? Useless.
The app works but I’m a bit concerned that the app asks for access to ALL photos.
