If you have cancelled train, no refund - go to Deutche Bahn. Worst service I ever seen

the conductor told sncf that my ticket was not valid and if I wanted to continue on my way, I had to buy a new ticket, which was already 2.5 times more expensive on the train. trainline refuses to refund, blaming the carrier. although I am primarily a trainline client and as their client I incurred costs 4 times higher than planned. their relationship with the carrier SNCF is not my problem,

Difficult to find help contacts! Still waiting for money return - part of what I paid by mistake! Shame of such service!

29.12.21 I bought 1st class tickets, but there was not 1st class carriage at the train, only 2nd. This app sells non-existent tickets and do not return money. Please, be careful and think twice before using it.

Very good app

Everything was perfect with this app until I Bought 3 tickets on the train and fully paid them. Bought it from the same credit card that I used before. After some time received an email that my transaction “was caught up in our automated security we were unable to validate the details provided and require more information to complete your booking”. They asked me to send a bank statement, I sent it and didn’t received any reply on it. On train, when my tickets were checked by train conductor, she said that they were canceled and I need to buy a new ones (for the high price of course). When I tried to call in the support - every time when the Trainline support asked me to send my details and an email address - connection was lost and this happened 5-6 times in a row. In late evening their support stop working at all. So it already second day of my trip and I still didn’t received nor money nor a reply on my (already) SECOND email! So it’s really terrible experience I faced with this app. Be careful.

On 24 March 2019, I bought a ticket to go from Vauxhall to Norbiton. I could not collect the ticket from the ticket machine because the machine required one more sign than TrainLine gave me. Moreover, Trailine showed the schedule which was different from the schedule at the station.

This app is really good and useful. However I have some suggestions regarding tickets in the Apple Wallet, could you please make them collecting together as a slider if there are more than 1 ticket of the Trainline in my wallet. (The example is tickets from Booking app)

Easy to find the best price and collect tickets at the station.

When I first downloaded the app, I was not so sure about it. But it is a great one to keep tickets, keep track of the train and any recommendations on how to travel.
