This is a very useful tools for agents but what is always a nightmare is the logging process usually you use this soul because you are away from your office and may be got a call from your customer then you open the app and the login process is a nightmare while having your customer on the speakerphone or on your phone then you start typing and it’s always a mess, so I would strongly suggest to relayed the credentials to a face ID option so you can jump in quickly into the system.
