When pressing the location button instead of zooming in to your current location it zooms out to display all outlets on the map. This wastes about 10-15 minutes of work time a day. Very inefficient! Also report handling done in built in browser with very limited options and hard to use interface on mobile/tablet.

Very user friendly

Camera stretches preview images vertically in portrait.

Get kicked out of system mid survey. Slow between pictures. Freezes & cants reboot. Missing pictures.

Worst app I have ever used, it is horrible. It has no functionality and it takes way more time than it should. Steve Annis should fix this for us, why isn’t he?

There is no way to organize the app. After answering everything I still get told at the end that something is undone, but it doesn’t say what.

I cringe every time it comes up for an audit. It does not flow smoothly, no reality of retail reality like narrow aisles and so on.

Easy to do

My TRAX app takes forever to load up. That is if it loads up. I have to power down my phone numerous times and/or remove the app and reinstall it.

All due respect. This is the most confusing app !!
