They are just giving fake doctor prescriptions saying it is catered according to your condition but the truth is they are just selling a standard kit to all and the doctor prescriptions is attached. I was recommended to apply their oil over night and i had specified my condition of heavy dandruff. On the bottle of oil itself was mentioned that not recommended for heavy dandruff but doctors prescribed me that. They just another company trying to sell products which consumers don’t need even will worsen their case.

They ask you to upload a picture of your scalp and will suggest you the products. They have a set pattern of routine they provide you as per your questionnaire. 

For hair they are also prescribing Minodoxil, which only suggests they couldn’t revolutionise anything, they are just selling widely available products at high prices and marketing it as a revolution.

It is much better to visit a reputed doctor then believing in ‘sales team’ prescribing you medication. It is yet another company profiteering on health problems without actually providing solution.

Don't fall in trap I lost my all hair After using it and also all black hairs are Turning into white hairs.. after using 4 month there is uncontrollable hair fall started happening daily loosing 200+ hairs..Fake products and after complaint they will not do anything they will listen you only till you are buying their product… suck a fake product.. for everyone they will suggest same medicine.. without blood test and any medical test..

**Review Title:** Mixed Experience with TRAYA – Good Products but Poor Customization and Support

I started using TRAYA’s services around 50 days ago. My journey began with filling out a detailed form about my hair condition on their app, where I selected *Stage 1* hair loss after comparing my scalp to the given photographs. I also uploaded a photo of my scalp as required. TRAYA then sent me a customized kit for *Stage 1* hair loss, which included four products.  

Once I received the kit, one of their team members (likely from a medical background) called me to explain the products and gave me a prescription for *Stage 1*. I followed their advice sincerely and used the products for about a month. The products themselves were good, and I was happy with them at this stage.  

However, after 20-25 days, I noticed that the TRAYA app was repeatedly prompting me to repurchase the same kit, offering discounts to bulk buy it for 3 months. This raised a concern for me because TRAYA had promised a *customized journey* throughout the process. Their money-back guarantee and commitment to monitoring progress were key reasons I chose TRAYA over regular, less expensive alternatives in the market.  

At this point, I decided not to bulk buy immediately and instead scheduled a call with their team to discuss my progress and next steps. To my surprise, during this call, the team told me that based on the *same scalp photo* I uploaded a month earlier, I actually had *Stage 2* hair loss and needed to use Minoxidil.  

I found this extremely confusing for three main reasons:  
1. **Two Different Conclusions:** How can TRAYA come to two different conclusions (Stage 1 initially and Stage 2 later) from the *same scalp photo*? If the scalp photo was not considered in the beginning, then where is the promised *customization* in their process?  
2. **Lack of Follow-up:** If I hadn’t arranged this call myself, their team or app would have continued sending me the same kit indefinitely, without reassessing my progress.  
3. **Inconvenience and Refund:** Given this inconsistency and the lack of clarity, I have now stopped using their products. While the products were good, the app, technology, and overall process seem sales-driven rather than customer-focused.  

I urge TRAYA’s senior team to address these issues and provide clarity. If the journey isn’t personalized as promised, it’s misleading to market it as such. Given the inconvenience caused to me, I also

### *---- "Good Products, Terrible User Experience: Relentless Spam Ruins It All"
The Traya app offers good value in terms of its products, but the experience is completely ruined by the relentless spam it sends. The app bombards you with around 10 pointless notifications every single day. Even after purchasing the hair care pack, I kept receiving repetitive “Let’s start your journey” notifications. What’s the point of that? It’s excessive, annoying, and frankly, disrespectful to the user’s time.

Fortunately, I use an iPhone and was able to mute the notifications after enduring a week of this nonsense. But it doesn’t end there—now they spam my WhatsApp daily as well. It’s intrusive and unnecessary, and I’ve had to mute them there too just to avoid the constant disruption.

I’ll be posting a 3-month review of the hair care product itself to see if it delivers any real results. But if Traya is serious about customer experience, they need to stop harassing users with relentless notifications. A good product is worthless if the app makes the experience unbearable.

I used Traya for almost 6 months. I wasted almost 9k rupees and the result is really unbelievable. There is no hair growth, my scalp full of itching pimples and creating problems now as wound on my head. My scalp is complete dry with patches of whiteness. I don’t know how come I fell into this trap of Traya. Really waste of money and your scalp. Don’t fall into this cheating trap where they get the advertisement with the big celebrities by looting money from us and making us fool. Be confident without your hair as well but don’t let these people cheat you and make your head full of richness and redness and wounds.
