Nothing is personalised every body gets the same package each time there is a different doctor who handles your calls. I personally didn’t find it effective. I actually saw YouTube podcast and tried I didn’t find any results. Packages are expensive too.

At the end they said “we cannot grow your hair” I feel I was sold this product again and again by their doctors negligently. Money back guarantee was also denied. Pls take a dermatologist opinion before taking this.
