Treatwell: Beauty Bookings

It is an amazing app, you get to see where are all the services you need but for a foreigner living in Lithuania is frustrating that I cannot use the app. The only change I can make is the country I am in, but automatically the language changes too. I wish you could make it possible to translate the app in English even if we are in other countries.

I booked a massage in Manchester using the app and was so easy! I had to re-schedule the date and that was quick to fix. Also love how quickly it gets added to my iPhone calendar! Very well done to the app developers 👏🏽

I went to Rush & Ry salon in Greenwich expecting to get a full waxing treatment, but they only did part of it. They kind of shrugged it off and said that's just how they do things there. Their service was pretty terrible, and I was frustrated because I didn't get what I paid for. When I complained to Treatwell, they talked to the salon, and the salon admitted they messed up and offered to finish the job if I went back. But honestly, I didn't want to bother dealing with them again. So, I asked for a refund instead. But they flat out refused, saying it's their policy not to give refunds. It felt like they didn't care about the bad experience they caused me, which made me even more irritated.
