Great app!
Have used the app for two seasons now and used the Sprint, Olympic and 70.3. Have set swim PRs after using this app. Really love the progressions and explanations. Even needed help explaining some drills and was able to get feedback from the maker of the app. Love it!
Terrific App!
Everything you need in one spot! Great training plans at your finger tips, but maybe more importantly...video reviews of all the drills in the same place. Every swimmer can use this app!
This app is so helpful!
I love using this app! I have used both the sprint & the OLY distance plans and just started the 70.3. It is easy to use and unlike a lot of tri swim programs - it actually makes you spend enough time in the pool to excel in swimming! The drills are easy to understand and beneficial. The app has never crashed and I would recommend this to anyone that asks (or doesn’t!)!! :)
Great swimming app
I bought this app primarily for its training plans across various distances. I am training for a 70.3 and needed a separate swim plan due to how I'm constructing my running and cycling plan. This app has provided me the means to improve my swim and prepare effectively for my upcoming race!
"Beginner" not really a beginner
I literally just bought this app so haven't tried it yet. I love the concept and the instructions. It is just what I was looking for. *BUT* a 1200m workout for week 1 of a sprint tri is not within my reach. I'm going to try halving the workouts.
Best app available, must have!
For a long time I've been searching for an app that could help with swim practice, and this is the best one available - It is segmented for all distances, from sprint to full IM. - It has drills combined with lengths, very clear and to the point. - There are videos explaining each drill (pretty awesome feature). I miss the social connection with other apps like Facebook, RunKeeper, or MyFitnessPal, but the technical aspects are ideal for anyone in multisport or masters swim.
Perfect
This is a great resource for swimmers of any level. Being able to go to the pool and pull up workouts and drills straight from my phone takes some of the stress away from having to put a lot of thought into what workout I'm going to do that day. Buy It!

this app is a very functional app:)! has so much information readibly available to you w/o delays easy access to workouts on the go love the videos the most!!.. i'm recommeding this to all the triathlete friends i have

This app gives me a guided and detailed instruction sheet. I can also use the variety of workouts to continue to challenge.
