Very satisfied with this app. Much easier to manage bills than using the website. Thrilled to see this.

I have been using this app since last 2 months. It’s so impressive to check all the Hydro updates such as payment due dates and utilities count spend in one complete cycle. We will get notifications through mail id and text message before payment to avoid additional charges.

An excellent app with still one pathetic flaw … on the outage map, there is no instruction that you have to swipe to see the outage.

This is an easy to use app. I’m impressed with all the options available. I really like the notifications options and outage map.

Very user friendly. I like that I can see and pay my bills easily

It is easy to use and nice interface. It is not in real time have a delayed of 2 hours at least but very useful for controlling the use if you have tiers type charge. Downside, water used is not showing aver. Just in the bill. I would prefer to see the water used as well as electricity.

Great solution and very convenient. All my information is available at my finger tips. No more paper or need to sit down at a computer. The app was intuitive and easy to navigate.
