Would you please update your app to allow account holders to delete depleted gift cards and used bonus gift cards? I have several gift cards with a zero balance. I want to clean them up so that only cards with a balance on them are showing on my screen. There is no feature to do that. Please also provide a security feature that asks if you’re sure you want to delete so that cards with a balance aren’t accidentally deleted. Thank you.

The wellness program for massages is a nice benefit and one of the reasons I go to Tricoci. Why are you getting rid of this program? Honestly, I thought the website was terrible, but yet somehow you managed to make the app worse. 1. No iPad landscape support. Why don’t you support the 1 billion iPads in the world (that are primarily used in landscape mode)? This also won’t work with iPad keyboards that *ONLY* work in landscape mode. 2. Why can’t I pay now with the gift card that is on my account? Furthermore, why can’t I combine gift cards? 3.No dark mode support — this is required for iOS 13. 4. Words are cutoff on screen. I haven’t tested, but I assume this if you use increased font sizes on your iPad. #LandscapeModeFail #iPad #DarkModeFail #ResponsiveDesign

Guys…don’t even bother offering an app if you can’t get it to work properly. My rewards points never show up on the app or the website for that matter, it was months after the last update that you could once again check out via the app, the thing is just a mess.

App will not work for me. I can sign in without a problem on the website so I know my account information is correct but every time I try to sign in with the app it says either my username or password is incorrect. I even reset my password 3 times and still wouldn’t work.

Great functionality and ease of use! It connects me with locations I didn’t even know existed 😁

If it were not for my two favorite staff at your store, I would have left a long time ago. Making appointments via phone or app are ridiculous.

Downloaded app today. Logged in. Won’t accept my services for points. Receptionist had to do it on her computer. Keeps logging me out and I have to log in again. Can’t book with more than one technician. App directs to their website. So what’s the point of an app? Needs a lot of improvement

Just like the website, constant failures to even get logged in, prompts to change or update password when just logging in. Can’t move in and out of services on same day or same technician. Extremely frustrating, and makes the user just call to reserve a service anyway — and then on the phone, get different availability information to steer you to a more expensive service or technician.
