Great service, even better customer service
Had an issue with BR Live purchases not appearing and it was promptly resolved with no issues. Was expecting a drawn out process and boy was I wrong. Bravo!
Freezes
Tried two devices, both AirPlay and android casting, and the PPV keeps freezing and forcing us to close/restream it. Not great for the money they charge ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Pain
Impossible to connect to Xbox just make an app already
Great Customer Service and app
I really love that I can watch my favorite wrestling as well as Bare Knuckle Fighting all on the same app. Just signed up for a year subscription after being only monthly.
Cancel subscription
They make it impossible un-subscribe to their channel Do not subscribe
#1 app for Pro Wrestling
I just had my AEW PPVs from BR live imported over and the customer service was helpful and friendly. Overall it was a very smooth process and I look forward to continuing watching pro wrestling on Triller.
App buffering
The app keeps freezing on the tv. I have to keep trying to play it on my phone.
Account
It’s good but whenever it came time to put it up and delete my account there’s no way to, they keep trying to charge me saying I have a subscription when I don’t so I’m stuck in a loophole.
Craptastic Service
Non existent customer service, etc etc etc. The main problem to the email exchanges was the vagueness of the answers to my problem. I finally resolved the issue about half way through the event. That is the main reason for the one star rating.
