Most of the app is not translated into English, and translating screenshots of the app seems crazy. Also when I tried to contact Support I just got a message that I'm in a queue, and then the app froze. Same thing happened again next time I did the same. Please fix this!
I registered here to be able to pay at 7eleven online . What I discovered further : I can’t use most of services and promotion as a foreigner . Transfer to other person to bank has fee 20 baht , if you re a foreigner you can’t pay scan anywhere . Only you can do is to pay water , electricity and internet bills with no fees and you can create virtual Mastercard as well ,also the app is easy to use but most of pop up messages not translated to English , that’s why 2 starts
If you choose the registration type"for foreigns" you will spend lots of time trying to take a photo of your passport and if you succeed the app 100% will return you an error "unable error, try again later".
I chose type “for foreigns”. I do it photo, and after trying to send a passport photo, it gives an error "unable error, try again later". This error is minimal 6 months.
completely non-working application
Every time I want to use TrueMoneyWallet it turns out that I need to update the application. So I have to wait in front of the cashier until it’s being uploaded. And after that I receive the message that I have to upload new documents to proceed usage. 🤬🤬🤬
can not pass KYC as app can not take a photo of my passport asking me to avoid reflecting light but there is no light
