I started up my old phone to make payment but was charged $100 for late payment. I contacted the helpline and explained the situation. Long story short : they kept ending my chat without providing any real help just cause I was taking a bit longer to reply. I had to talk to 3 different customer service officers and in the end I had to sign up for their savings account and autopay to be allowed a fee waiver. Not cool. I'm thoroughly impressed with TrustBank's seamless account opening process. The free debit card with no renewal or replacement fees is a huge plus! Unlike other banks, TrustBank doesn't require a minimum balance or initial deposit, making it incredibly accessible. The customer service team is exceptionally helpful and responsive. I can reach them immediately, which is a game-changer. Overall, I'm loving my experience with TrustBank! My only suggestion for improvement would be to introduce overseas transfer services.
