Scenes don’t work
even though the device is in the network, the scene turns off e.g. 3 LEDs but not the 4th, you have to go into the application to the device and turn it off and only then does it work, the application is clearly faulty.

Updates ruin everything
The app itself works (usually). Shame that EVERY SINGLE TIME an update is released, I have to pair my device again, as it never existed. It doesn’t help that the exact device I have is not in the list, so I have to find a similar one, and hope it works. Usually, after two to three attempts, I get it to connect. And it works until the next update… this has to stop.
Unnecessary information needed
Why would my lamp ever need my e-mail address, location and wifi network? This is way too intrusive. Stay away from these products
Redundant
Nothing really wrong with this app, but it is identical to the "Smart Life" app. Hardware manuals refer to this or the other app, but if you add your devices to one it won't show up in the other.

Just trash the hardware and move on to other stuff. This is not worth it.

I tried to compactibel my LED bluetooth strip light but the instructions said i should search for a SOUNDLOGIC LED STRIPE but this doesnt exist.😑😡🤬

Impossible de connecter les 2 appareils achetés (detecteur de consommation) je les vois dans le soft Tuya, dès que je clique sur ajouter , cela mouline 10 seconde et l’ajout plante. vérifié router 2,4 ghz et ok avec Wpa2-psk. impossible je vais les retourner !!!!
