Twenty-Four Hours a Day

This little black book has been a inspiration and guide on daily basis reminding me to stay on course to happy destiny 🙏😊

I have the little black book at home, at work and now on my phone. When I find myself bored and wanting to look at Facebook, Instagram or YouTube…instead I click on the app and read & reread the thought, meditate & prayer for the day. I assure you, that is so much more enriching for my soul & sobriety than social media. Big Love Never Fails ❤️❤️❤️

A wonderful daily tool!

As of this writing I am 124 days sober. The 24 hours has assisted me tremendously. Take the time to make a clear connection to the readings.

I have the hardcover book and used this app when traveling. Unfortunately when I got a new phone I realized they are now charging. It’s a shame that this tool is now being withheld from people who could benefit from it. Fortunately there are other truly free resources for those looking for recovery.

Indispensable for anybody in recovery. I am an Apple guy and would like to see widgets for this app. Thanks for a great app!!

I read this App, a few others, say my prayers, meditate and read page 86-88, and write my gratitude list every morning to start my day. This is the BFM (Bare F-ing Minimum) to keep me sober and alive. Nothing is more important. I highly recommend you do the same! God bless!

Great app. The 24 hour a day book has been a constant in my program over the last 29 years. Sadly, the last update apple did to iOS (17.0.3) has made the app unusable.
