Rented a truck today. This app crashed twice while trying to pickup the truck. Crashed 3 more times during truck return. Couldn’t finish the return. Staff had to do the return manually. Didn’t save any time or energy, only created stress and frustration.

IT TAKES FOREVER. YOU NEED TO RESERVE FOR AT LEAST 48 HOURS

Honestly, this is probably the worst app i’ve ever used for anything. Lags, crashes, makes the entire check in process take easily 3-4 times as long as if they would just use their actual staff. Horrible experience.

This was a horrible experience. It took me idk how many tries to get my information into the app to even try and get the ok for my rental. The app kept resetting, losing information, etc. this needs fixing

Doesn’t work to pay tolls!!

This app crashes constantly and it’s not just mine, the person at the office is also forced to use it and it crashed for her too. I find it very suspicious this has over 4 star rating. This app make the whole experience more frustrating.

I HAVE MONEY IF YOU WANT IT MAKE YOUR APP ACTUALLY WORK. I promise you would make MILLIONS if you app worked on my very new iPhone

The only reason I downloaded the app was to use the free mobile return service for after hours drop off. I shouldn't even need to download an app to do this! Why not scan a QR code and be done with it? App won't let me create an account, citing "Maximum number of verification attempts" as the issue. Screw you guys. If you're gonna make me download an app, I shouldn't need to create an account.

Complete incompetence. You get a quote rapidly fooling you into believing that will continue to be your experience. The app kept freezing. Then was berated with an absurd amount of “verification” requirements and still sitting here an hour past my reservation with no ability to pick up my rental. The requested call backs (3 at this point) all ended abruptly after being on hold several minutes each time.
