This app was an amazing addition but has not been working since last year. Nothing fixed.

Should have an option to customer directly rsther thsn pin number etc direct call from the app makes life so easy

Designed to torture restaurant managers.

It used to work fine but its not working anymore. Unable to sign in or load up.

The app used to work great! I had updated it to get the latest features and bug updates but now I cannot get past the login screen. The app support button on Apple Store only leads to the webpage of Uber and from there it’s completely useless. PLEASE FIX THE APP SO IT IS USABLE!

Can someone help how to fix this problem i never can get past log in part with my correct credentials

I’m restaurant owner. The service from the refund department was very bad. The customer ordered a water and a meal, and then the customer said he did not receive the meal, only water. The refund was actually successful. Then customer service told me that the customer went through their fraud system. Do you take your brain with you when you go to work? Do you believe that you only received two things, only water and no meals? fxxx

I’v noticed we can no longer request a driver or the option to say the order is ready has dissapeared from the App which is a inconvenience. This used to be available, bring this option back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

App won’t even open. Constantly on the logging in page.
