A taxival nem volt gond, drágább, mint a Bolt taxi és kicsit többet is kell rá várni. Kértem a promóciós kódot a hirdetett 5000 Ft miatt, de kódot nem kaptam, a sofőr elmondása alapjám automatikusan visszajár. Eleve a legmagasabb összeg vonódik le, hiába lesz a vége kevesebb. Lehúzás az egész kamu reklám fogásokkal. Egyébként az úttal nem volt gond és a taxisofőr kedves volt. Maga az Uber Taxi és az ügyintézése a szánalmas.
Overcharging
I got charged 7 times with the same amount. I tried to contact consumer service. Of course they didn't have a phone number. You have to find a very tricky way to message them and of course, no respond yet. I curious how long will this take but i already irritated by this arrogant company. I may have to take legal actions.
Locked my account
Uber locked my account without any warning or explanation. I only used it once without any issues but after that got locked out. Searching their support page for “locked” doesn’t give any results. No live contact, phone number or chat, I have literally no idea how to undo this. Worst app experience so far.

Átverés
Barátnőmmel együtt akartuk igénybe venni ezt a szolgáltatást, a pénzt rögtön levonták a taxi azonban nem érkezett meg. Próbáltuk újra és újra, de nem sikerült. Segítséget nem kaptunk, se az alkalmazásban, se online. Szánalmasnak tartom más embereknek az átverését ráadásul nem kevés pénzről beszélünk. Felháborító továbbá, hogy a nem teljesített fuvar után sincs pénzvisszatérítés!! Nem kívánok semmi jót annak, aki kitalálta ezt az egész rendszert. Vonuljanak ki az országból és hagyjanak teret normális taxisoknak, akik teljesítik a fuvarokat.
Meghirdetett kedvezmény nem elérhető
A beharangozott kedvezményt sehogy sem tudtam aktiválni az app-ban. Enélkül pedig konkrétan drágább, mint a sima taxi.
Pontatlan térkép és forgalom
Reggel tévútra vitte az autót a rendelésem, és az időt is pontatlanul becsülte, mintha nem venne figyelembe a forgalmat.
