【Renew and unsubscribe】
Payment: After the user confirms the purchase and makes the payment, it will be credited to the iTunes account

Unsubscribe: To unsubscribe, manually open the iPhone Settings -->enter the iTunes Store and App Store -->click Apple ID, select View Apple ID, enter the Account Settings page, click Subscribe, and select unsubscribe.

Renewal: 24 hours before the expiration of Apple's subscription period, deduct the service charge for the next subscription period from your iTunes account and extend the validity of the member corresponding to the subscription period. If the deduction fails due to insufficient balance in the iTunes account, the app has the right to suspend/terminate your cloud video service.

This camera does NOT record locally without an active internet connection.
Recording only works when the device is connected to UBox cloud servers.

This means:
• Your video and audio data are forced to be sent to external servers
• You have no real control over where your data goes
• Local recording without internet is intentionally disabled

From a privacy and security perspective, this is unacceptable.
Users should be able to record locally without sending personal data to third-party servers.

Password security and data privacy are extremely weak.
I do NOT recommend this product to anyone who cares about privacy, security, or data ownership

Sadly they changed the view for the ipad version. There is no longer a change possible in life view for SD / HD quality and the battery indicator is missing. Maybe a bug, i’ve reported it to the helpdesk. Further more works this app good, is simplyfied.

Update: no bug simply a problem of resizing the live screen on ipad’s 13 inch. The i[ad’s 9,7 and 11 display full info. Waiting to update the app 17/5

Last update fixed the screen size on 13 inch 👍🏼 thanks to the good customer service.

I think the ubox company likes to sell IOT cards because annoying popups keep appearing saying that there is wrong simcard inserted. 

It makes you doubt the system works correct but it only send to be for selling the cards. 

Very very annoying. The product should be functional without build in pop-ups and advertising.
