The app literally has a red “delete account” button, but guess what — it doesn’t work, the app just stuck.

Minute-rental cars simply do not unlock. Daily-rental cars are all old, broken and smelly. Premium cars do not even exist: they are displayed on the map, but there are no cars in real world! There is no honk button to find the car. The summary after rental doesn’t show any information - there are all zeros! How can I understand what I am paying for? Even the password change doesn’t work properly! Shame on you!

Mainly old and smelly cars. The app works slowly and might display information incorrectly. There’s a 3-day rate – the app states a 300 km per day limit, but in reality, it’s for the entire three days. As a result, I paid three times more than the listed rate for an old Pajero with a worn-out steering system. Sometimes the reserved car isn’t available at the location. It can happen that two people reserve the same car, in which case it might not unlock at all. I recently rented a car for a day – it didn’t even start. I tried to contact support for 20 minutes, but in vain. I sent a refund request via email. In the end – no refund, no response from support. I strongly do not recommend this service. Everything is bad - the condition of the cars, the support, and the app.

Already few times your application charge from my card. 22,33 and so on. Without any explanation-just Udrive. There is no full history about charges on my account Only trips. It’s very bad-I’m always have to call you and ask why are you did a charge!

Пишу отзыв - и читаю другие. Разработчики вообще никак не реагируют на отзывы. Это отвратительно. Ещё три года назад писали что многие страны не принимаются. Почему на старте длительной регистрации сразу не указать, что работает у вас всего 20 или 30 стран? Уважайте время других!

С Российскими международными правами отказывают.

Нелепость. Пройти кривую регистрацию и заполнить кучу полей с возможностью выбрать российское гражданство, российского оператора, регистрацию в России, чтобы узнать от службы Поддержки, что для туристов с российскими национальными или международными ВУ нет возможности регистрироваться=пользоваться сервисом. Идиотизм. Могли бы указать в начале, граждане каких стран могут воспользоваться сервисом!

The app doesn’t allow me to book any car (per minute) since last 2 months and u-drive customer care ignored my complaint and didn’t respond. Whenever I try to book “per-minute” car I get booking warning with empty message. Whatever I write there, booking is rejected.
