I applied all steps in the app, but in the step “pay by card” it isn’t work. I saw 4 lines, first line “my name” I can write, but 2-3th lines is empty (isn’t work) 4th “3 cod” but I can’t use it (isn’t work). I don’t have Apple Pay, I can’t pay by card! What I should to do?

The app doesn’t allow users to create multiple entries for a family and pay once - instead you must repeatedly enter the same address and payment information for each family member, one by one, paying separately each time - so inefficient! When trying to type in fields you must wait at each new screen for several seconds - painful when by the third or fourth family member one can anticipate what to type but the field isn’t yet open to you. Canadians are charged in US funds which is asinine.

After spending 10 minutes fiddling with your passport and scanning your face (requiring multiple tries) it asks you which country you’re applying from to pay and Canada makes you pay in USD. I’d rather not but since it’s right at the end and sunk cost fallacy has kicked in (in addition to there not seeming to be an alternative) I paid but it left a bad taste in my mouth

The app asked for location of applicant so knows I’m in Canada but charges me in US dollars? Now I have two foreign exchange charges on my credit card. UK to US to CDN. You need to fix this asap!

Typical gov app. Missing many prompts, insert same info multiple times, and sometimes it does not allow you to input your credit card data. Worst part, is that you can only do one application per payment, family of 6, 6 credit card transactions.

I think it’s idiotic that Canadians get charged in USD. Just charge my credit card in GBP without any silly interim currency charge.

Millions of dollars spent on this web app that fails regularly and makes you retune and reenter 100% of all the info you just spent the last 10 minutes entering. All for a 16 pound per person money grab to enter the uk. Save yourself the headache and do this process on the web.

It literally doesn’t work

I found this app to be really quite straightforward, and easy to use, and had an exceptionally quick turnaround time. Excellent.

I tried 20 times to scan the code. No luck. I’m in canada but had to pay in US dollars!!! We are not a small country.
