I use this app for my part time job schedule. It is not intuitive and I find it frustrating to use. I would have given it 2 stars, but they recently added Face ID log in, which is an upgrade from the previous method. My number one recommendation would be for a calendar integration of some kind.

It is impossible to enter date ranges for time off. Each time I get the correct start date and attempt to enter an end date, it changes the start date. Had to go from iPhone to iPad and finally manually key in the dates.

It is not user friendly at all, there are very often times when I am expected to complete tasks or checklists, it will tell me to acknowledge or sign something but then not give me the option. The desktop version is not much better, but the app is a nightmare. Logging in half the time glitches out and makes me reenter all of my information, if it doesn’t freeze altogether. The one convenient thing is the tiles.

My old UKG app said that they’re switching to this one and I was excited because I thought they might make it more user friendly and easier to log in and find your stuff, but it is literally almost no different than the old one. You still can’t find your schedule with only 1 button push, why can i view my inbox so much easier than before, but I can’t view my schedule any easier. That is literally the only thing i use this app for since you can’t use it for anything useful like requesting time off, and it is the hardest feature to get to. Plus I hate how hard it is to log in.
