I couldn’t set up an account, because I never received a text message. If an email confirmation would work, that would be fine, but there was no backup method to make an account. The driver said he was unable to issue a 72-hour ticket. It seemed promising but didn’t work at all.

The app does not send verification codes to USA phone numbers. You should be able to send the code to email addresses.

A ridiculously flawed app. If you’re a tourist - forget it. You can’t set up an account since the PIN needed to set it up only works with Swedish phone numbers. I’ll stop there. UL, be ashamed of yourself.

App requires an account to buy tickets. Account setup requires text message verification, but the app won’t send a message to US phone numbers. Basic thing that makes the app useless to international visitors. Please fix!

Den minst användarvänliga, mest otydliga och omständiga app jag någonsin använt! Tack för nostalgitrippen tillbaka till modemtidernas layout och teknologi! Nästan roligt hur någon kan konstruera en sån dålig app idag. Skulle undvika att bo i Uppsala bara för att slippa använda den.

Very good app

When one purchases a ticket, they also have to purchase how long the ticket is valid for use. It’s nothing short of a racket. Use SJ as an alternative.

Like others said this app can’t accept foreign credit cards. It’s useless for foreigners unless you have a credit card that can be added to the app.
