Apps really easy to use. Love the quality of all there clothes. They focus on the essentials in colours that will go with everything. You can’t go wrong with shopping at this store.

Made it extremely difficult to return anything

We attempted to update our credit card, which has been on file for years, but despite entering the correct details five times, we received an error message stating the details were invalid. This was misleading as the details were accurate. I suspect the issue was due to us using a VPN, which they seemingly block. They should either allow VPNs or be transparent about their restrictions. We eventually made the payment through PayPal using the same card without issues. This experience wasted 30 minutes and has led us to consider purchasing our family clothing from a different brand in the future.

Recently, on my IPhone 13 Pro, I cannot use the app to check the store inventory for any clothings anymore, I also cannot use the search in other store function anymore.

Navigating is difficult and annoying. Improving this aspect of the app could really improve volume of orders for Uniqlo. Sometimes I just give up after several attempts unsuccessfully searching for items.

It doesn't do the ONE thing that would be most useful.. keep your transaction receipts

Let me be clear, I love Uniqlo clothing and use it a lot. However, the digital experience and the app in particular is awful. I am particularly interested in the UT collections and want to track those. However, they are almost impossible to find in the app, much less make a favourite or track them. In fact, I can’t set the app up to do anything personalised at all. I literally do not ever buy women’s clothes or kids stuff, so why do I have to look at adverts for that and why can’t I turn it off? Let me tailor the app so it helps me to shop with you and I will buy more. Instead you just notify me about everything you have ever done. That’s iust spam and annoying. App also seems to be logging me out all the time as well. So Uniqlo (shop) great but Uniqlo (app) awful

I travel, as do many people, my app is UNIQLO AU. I cannot use the APP at overseas UNIQLO stores. So many lost benefits. The developers and UNIQLO need to take a look at this narrow thinking and offerings.

From account setup to click and collect and order requires you to put the same information in twice. I had an order in my hand but one item was an online offer only. No way to match in store pricing to online. Order not big enough for free shipping, click and collect could take 3 weeks. No Apple Pay integration, no OCR for credit card entry. All very basic and very slow. Store processes not aligned to online shopping. Wish I hadn’t started

After adding item to cart and press checkout the app presented me with login page. This is despite I'm already logged in into the app. Then after entering my email and password the login button just won't tap. It just stay in that page, can't check out. What a pain in the bum.
