Not sure why the bad reviews. Easy to use and very good discounts on snacks. 

More importantly 4c off fuel on already cheapest fuel in Australia. I use the Choise Hotels barcode.

I downloaded the app then opened it to a screen that said we sent a verification code to a number but I have not put a number into the app yet or a email or done anything it just opened to that screen I really would like to use the app for the discounts as we need them at the moment due to the rising fuel price I would really like if I could have some advice or have it fixed or looked into

This app just doesn’t work. I downloaded it and it asks for a code that was sent to either my email or phone only not once while installing this app did it ask for either my email or phone number. It’s completely unusable. With fuel so expensive at the moment every little bit helps but this is clearly a con. 
Don’t bother using it.

Absolutely useless. Like other reviewers have said (and United is clearly choosing to ignore given they’re paying enough attention to the app to update it), the first screen you get to asks for a code that has been supposedly sent to you by email or sms despite United having neither. Weaponised incompetence.

Cunning-they’ve designed an app that needs a verification code via sms or email that never comes. Then you phone for help, they finally answer and give you a new-off code that works once. Repeat. So you give up in frustration. Result: no discount. What a joke.
