I love that I can use the app for business calls right from my cell phone. Had login trouble at the start and was close to canceling, but customer support helped me out.

I like being able to use the app on my cell phone for business calls. Initially I had trouble logging in and almost canceled, but customer support was great and walked me through everything. If you have a problem call them!

The app is a pretty basic dialer. Simple and easy to use. Once I figured out how to sync it to my employee extension Ive had no issues. Customer support has been very helpful

I like how simple the app is. Calls have been crystal clear. When you click in to manage the extensions through the app, it’s a little slow, but I like that I can access everything from my phone. Customer service is very helpful.

I was super excited about having a business line until I found out about the draw backs while using. UniTel will randomly not take calls if you haven’t used it for some time. It also doesn’t show your business name or phone number when you call out, instead it gives this long out of country looking number. That is not the professional look I need for my business. Also, the app doesn’t let me know a call is coming from UniTel and not my regular phone. So disappointed.

This company goes above and beyond to help their customers make sure that everything is to their satisfaction. Whether you call them or choose to chat with them they won’t let you down, they won’t make you wait, and you don’t end up talking to a call center on the other side of the planet. 👍 As for their services I couldn’t be any happier. Everything sounds good (at least in mines and my customers phones) and the system is working above expectations. The options are plenty and unique, which is great. Overall I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with UniTel Voice and I recommend them to anyone looking for a great VoIP system! If something doesn’t appear to work as it should I would suggest that people contact their customer support before they leave negative reviews, because the negative reviews on here didn’t give an accurate picture of this company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me. The app is really easy to use once you get it set up with your account. I had some trouble with my settings but I just called Unitel’s support and they fixed my problem. Great customer service! Haven’t had any issues since
