Unitron Remote Plus

Leider ist der Equalizer verschwunden. Der war zur Einstellung bei schlechter Akustik oder Stimme nützlich. Dafür ist eine Links/rechts-Trennung möglich, was wohl kaum dient. Eindeutig eine Verschlechterung für mich.

It is hard to understand the words on tv but at times it goes well and I can hear them but mostly it is a struggle

Overall the app is good for hearing aid control. Unfortunately since the last major app update listening to streaming music is terrible. Not sure what they did but the sound is awful. Wish there was a way to turn it back.

Can’t get left hearing aid connect

There is no way to contact Unitron for app support other than here. The Tinnitus volume control fails to show on the app screens on the Automatic program no matter what you try to do. Because of that, you can not control your tinnitus volume while in automatic program mode. However, if you use a program other than automatic the tinnitus volume control does not show until you you click on the custom program, click on the settings icon, then click on home. Then magically the volume control for tinnitus shows. Otherwise you can not control the tinnitus volume there either.

Control through this app is nonexistent. Bluetooth connections vary from inconsistent to impossible. I plan to call my provider to inquire about returning my hearing aids. A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT AND WASTE OF MONEY!

The new hearing aid app shouldn’t have been changed because now you can adjust it or make adjustments to your hearing aid like you could on the old app adjust bass and treble. They should’ve left it alone

I think the update is not connecting to my phone correctly. It connect but no sound coming out with app and not working as a hearing aid either. This has been awful.

I liked the previous version of this app. I could quickly move from one program to another. This new version is akin to pull down menus for states or years, requiring inefficient ( but pretty) scrolling rather letting you quickly identify what you are looking for, and quickly adjusting to new hearing environment. This is awful.

Switch user modes was made worse in this release. You have to scroll through all the modes until you find the one you want. It would be better to present the user a simpler way to go directly to the desired mode.
