Unfortunately this didn’t work on my 2001 Mazda B3000. I kept getting a “security access failed” error and there is nothing online for trouble shooting. Luckily I was able to return it.

The prompt through the process is rather confusing I have to say. It can definitely be improved. But it worked for my Mazda 3 12.

The only people leaving bad reviews have either not checked it’s compatible or aren’t smart enough to use this. Worked great first time! Saved me $100 on someone coming out.

It didn’t work. And I cannot get a refund and the company is no help. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Went through the whole key programming process, and the key did not work. Vehicle would not start.

Slow, confusing, and did not work

I was able to program a copy of a key I bought on Amazon, so I would consider the experience a success. However, 2016 Prius was not available as an option, but I tried a 2012 Prius option and it worked.

The app installed just fine. I was able to easily pair with the EZ Installer. The pairing instructions worked perfectly for me and I was able to pair 2 new keys without any issues in less than 5 minutes. I got 2 new keys for a couple hundred less than the cost of just one key at the stealership. Great product and service that worked for me!

Works perfectly. The app has clear instructions on what to do and very easy to use without any trouble. Highly recommend buying it. Definitely worth it gives you clear step-by-step on what to do.

There are two QR codes on the plug that goes into the OBD port. The one to scan is on the tip of the plug, not the larger one on the back of the plug that takes you to the pairing instructions. You will get a “serial number error” message if you scan the large one.
