This is my 5th time re-downloading this app because the ‘my details’ tab doesn’t load. App is often slow and some pages fail to load entirely. Aside from that, when it works it works decently well.

Full of bugs, it crashes most of the time. It takes too long to open it, and I can’t see my timetable for the next 2 to 3 weeks. I recommend updating the app and do some repairs.

I can’t check in because the keyboard doesn’t show when i tap the check in input bar

This app is really a struggle! Please it needs more work.

Nothing wrong with the old app. Terrible waste of money on the uni’s behalf… may as well say to students to pin the portal to their homescreen….

Old app was better

Looks terrible compared to the previous app and less user friendly to navigate

Be a better experience if there was a dark colour palette UI available as an option.
