No loan update was received
It's been a week since i have requested for a loan. Unodigitalbank has already sent me a text message to keep my lines open however, no update is received from my end. Can I follow up my loan request?

So shock na na approved yung loan ko. I was so very happy kasi di ko na kaylangan humiram sa iba na my mataas na interest. So happy uno. You make me cry 🥹
Cant link account to the app
Almost a year has passed since I first reached out and the issue is still isn't resolved. I still cant link my account to the app.
Cant open on iphone x
i install this apps but unfortunately when i open the apps it was just black and nothing appear, is this compatible in iphone x?

User interface of the app is bad
It needs to improve, it is very slow. Frustrating to cash in online. Always ends up in error.
Can’t link my gcash Uno to Uno app
Could you please improve this. I can only save and access Uno on Gcash and when I am trying to link it on the app itself, and once I add the OTP. It always says, something is wrong, try again later. I gave it a time and it still an issue, hope you can resolve this.

Fix your camera! I have been trying to link my GCash account several times and my face and background are both clear but it cannot detect my face!!! So frustrating!!!
