Uplift Education Parent Info

There was some update either with the app or blackboard that has caused IOS users the inability to see within this application. All we see is the banner with messages or pictures at the top. You cannot even get to a settings to attempt troubleshooting.

There is no app assistance. The app has been updated but apparently is not compatible with the IPhone 15- bummer! I only see a small display with cut off announcements. I’ve asked the school but they are limited on troubleshooting and didn’t suggest anything I hadn’t already tried. Maybe update the app so it is compatible on all devices.

I love this app. I can see attendance, grades and lunch balance. Be even better if we could know homework assignments that was set home too. Love it shows the due dates as well for each assignment. Uplift has definitely stepped it up this year to better assist parents in our children education.

My mom try's to have the app to check on me how can she do that when it won't let her

It was working great and then Blackboard did something and now it don't work. I have checked with other parents and they say the same!!!!!

This is GREATNESS!!! ALL the staff is always so helpful and work in such prompt response! WAY TO GO SUMMIT INTER PREP!!
