Lot of potential but needs bug fixes
My partner and I have been using the app for a month now and we were sold so we decided to go for the premium version. Unfortunately after a while we started noticing more and more issues with the app. Examples: my partner didn’t see the full replies on the questions on his side of the app (I’m the one who’s paying), he also has less features, my replies to the questions weren’t always visible for him. Now we’ve come to a point where te app isn’t functioning at all anymore and customer support isn’t very helpful since their only solution is disconnecting and reconnecting with my partner and losing all the replies to the questions we’ve answered so far (which is a lot). This would cause us to have to reply to all of those questions again or filter them out somehow, but since there’s so many this will become very annoying.
