I have been trying to make and use this app for several months. But it doesn’t work at all. Honest, I have no idea if there are so many patients waiting for the release of the appointment or it’s the app itself has an issue. I always wait right at the time when the appointment should be released. But never saw any available dates. Very very very annoying and time-consuming.

Most of the time, log in returns an error even when I paste in the password. I try to reset password then click log in and it fails again. Occasionally I can get in, mostly I can’t. I have enabled login with Face ID but it doesn’t work. Some attachments from my doctor cannot be viewed or downloaded. This app must have no competition because it is truly terrible yet my doctor still uses it. Or maybe it’s ok on their side, bad on patient side.

Needed to make a hospital reservation because I was incredibly sick, and the stupid app kept saying “network error”, after I successfully managed to fill in all the data in the boxes and click “reserve appointment”, I HAVE FULL BARS AND HAVE MY DATA ON, HOW TF IS THERE A NETWORK ERROR. This app has to go. Seriously.

### *---- "Zero accessibility features, font too small. Zero help discriminatory"
This app is supposed to help you access your doctor, but if you have any issues with your vision, it is extremely discriminatory and impossible to use. There are absolutely no accessibility features on this app. The font is too small. The font is designed as an image, and not designed to be read. I have a brain injury and the app refuses to allow me to use any of the password recall devices that I used to help me function with my brain injury. This app has been humiliating for me. The fact that it is used for medical professionals, and has not even been thought of as something that people with accessibility needs with use is so discriminatory it’s not even funny.

I have enabled Touch ID in the settings, yet the app always requests password and never offers to open with Touch ID. 

When I receive more than one attachment, the second one generates an error message saying I’m not connected to a network. (I am connected to a firehose of a network.  Please fix these bugs.

The app doesn't work. I can only book an appointment at exactly 12:00am not a minute early or a minute later. Even with that inconvenient timing, the app still crashes at exactly 12:00am making it completely impossible to book an appointment. No walk-ins at the clinic, online appointments only. BUT THE APP DOESN'T WORK!!!

I had blood work done and they told me they would email me the results, but instead I have to go into the app to check them. It says “connection error” when my connection is stable and I tried using data and I still cant access them. There is no email or follow up option to try to contact them so I can’t ask for my results. Fix this !

This app is supposed to help patients communicate or request appointments with your doctor. It allows neither. There is also no way to use this on a web browser on a computer instead of a mobile device. Developer support link sends you to a Telus website that’s also not useful.
