App is barely functional. Can’t change address, phone number, or anything. The “UPS My Choice” service doesn’t exist at all within the app despite advertising it in emails. You can’t leave a message for the delivery driver, so good luck if you want to get a package that needs a signature and you don’t have access to the front door where they deliver. Truly awful experience, use any other postal service.

I am constantly struggling to manage packages with UPS. Their app is always inaccurate. If you update information, drivers apparently never get the info, so what is the point? Also, my personal information (phone number, address, name) was hacked from an acknowledged UPS security breech and people started texting me with fake information about packages. So frustrating. I avoid UPS at all costs.

Doesn’t even retain tracking number. Tracking not accurate at all. You might as well guess package will get delivered someday into the future. Nothing useful on this app.

After 5 weeks of waiting for my package being told repeatedly by “Customer Service” (now THERE’s a laugh) that my package will be delivered…it’s lost… it’s coming… etc. the sender finally opened a claim, within 1 1/2 hours tracking updated as “Attempted delivery” and that I wasn’t home.  I WAS HOME…there was NO attempt.  I called UPS yet again and was told “It’s not updated, I cannot see where the package is” meanwhile the app said “Attempted delivery”.  I asked it be delivered to the UPS store and if they could call when they get it.  “Customer Service” said “We cannot communicate with access locations”… UPS cannot communicate with UPS Stores.  There is no resolution or responsibility taken by UPS to get my package.  I will, for the rest of my days on Earth, tell EVERYONE to NEVER use UPS. Read the reviews, I am not alone.  Oh… I am now waiting for the replacement, sent again through UPS, and it’s already 3 days past the promised delivery date.  Will it take 5 weeks?
