Cant add more than one video. Supposedly full feature trial for 3 days. Didnt get passed adding videos. Had high expectations.

Is not working!!!!
Useless without Internet connection
The app requires you to log in to your account before you can use it. Since I don't have an unlimited Internet plan, I need to activate my cellular data, pay my provider for 15 minutes (minimum) connection, then disable cellular data again. So taking quick videos of my friends' swings is cumbersome. So basically, I have bought this but I haven't used it yet. The developer should just remove the login.
CANCELLATION
If you find that the app isn’t for you make sure you cancel. Canceling is not easy and if get hit with charge and contact them immediately they basically say “screw you”. We got your money and lucky you can use an app for another year. Most companies will give you 7-10 days to cancel if you forget.
Merged Accounts
I had two accounts and wanted them combined. Don responded very quickly and made it happen. Very excited to use this powerful tool and know there are knowledgeable and professional technicians like Don to assist with any issues.
Support
I had a problem with using the App. Don was great. He identified and solved my problem really fast!
Great Product, Great Customer Service
The V1 video app on my iPhone is a great tool for explaining swing thoughts for my students. The drawing tool are easy to use and provides the student instant feedback on their progress. The App stopped working properly on my iPhone. By notifying customer service, they were able to fix the bug in a timely manner.
Subscription games
Be ready to actively manage subscription. No renewal warning, no warning of increased fee, can't cancelbin app or online. Have to send email to support to cancel.
Great customer service
I had an issue with the videos not playing. I emailed And got a quick response that fixed the issue.
