This app is so bad it feels like a scam. I think they purposely made their gift cards impossible to redeem to make money off people. I read their website guides, I talked to support, I used their app and website computer version with no luck on redeeming the code I have or paying with a giftcard. When you buy a gift card they just email you saying thanks, they money doesn’t get linked to an account, it doesn’t go anywhere, it into their pockets and then done end of transaction.

Update in response to developer- I spoke to support and they told me to call the store. Confirming your service is useless and your app is a pointless middle man.

It would be helpful if when picking a date to schedule an appointment there was a way to easily see whether a place was fully booked for that day. Currently all the days they are open are in white and the days they are closed in grey, but when you select a day they are open and they are fully booked you have to pick the shortest appointment to see if there are any available times. A lot of unnecessary work just to be disappointed.
