## Velo Antwerpen Description
Travel smoothly through Antwerp: Everywhere in the city there is a shared bike waiting for you!

Use Velo for a day (€5), a week (€12), or take an annual subscription (€58).
All your 30-minute rides are included.
After each ride, return a bike to one of the more than 300 Velo stations in Antwerp.
After 5 minutes, you can borrow a bike again at any Velo station.


Download the Velo app, so you always have Velo in your pocket:
  •    Consult the rates and read how it works. 
  •    Buy a day pass, week pass or annual subscription.
  •    Find a bike or free slot nearby & map out your route.
  •    Get help taking or returning a bike in a station or report a defect.
  •    Annual subscription? Borrow bikes, manage your subscription and receive a confirmation after every ride.

### **--- "Gebruiksgemak verdwijnt met nieuwe functionaliteit"
Velo introduceerde de functionaliteit om een fiets met de app te kunnen nemen. Dat klinkt als een goed idee maar is het niet per se. In ons gezin wordt ‘het velokaartje’ gebruikt om flexibel een extra fiets te kunnen nemen wanneer het nodig is. Eens de app geactiveerd kan dit echter niet meer. Slechts 1 persoon / smartphone in het gezin kan fietsen ontlenen, en die telefoon moet vlakbij het station zijn. Het kaartje is geblokkeerd dus biedt geen oplossing. Moeten we dan plots voor elk gezinslid een jaarabonnement aanschaffen? Is dit mss de werkelijke bedoeling? Dat is absurd. Ofwel laten jullie de kaart actief en is deze app een handige extra optie, ofwel zorg je dat gezinsleden via de app ook toegang hebben.

Prima app maar, ik ben heel blij met de pushmeldingen bij wegzetten van een velo. Het probleem hieronder werd snel opgelost. ——————————————————————Sinds kort blijft het opstartscherm minutenlang hangen. Door even de internetconnectie te verbreken kan ik er voorbij (dan verschijnt er een popup “geen internet, mogelijk werkt dit scherm niet goed”). Vervolgens kan ik verder de app gebruiken.

Super handig  fiets registratie niet goed gegaan? bij het nemen of terug plaatsen van A-velo fiets.  Hoeft enkel station, slot, en fiets nr te registreren. En krijgt direct bevestiging zo voorkom ten alle tijden een extra aanrekening.
