Love Love 👌🏽👌🏽 Especially when my kids are in trouble and need to manage there phones

This app destroyed everything. My relationship with my parents, my social life, my mental state and made me loose many friends due to me “ignoring” them when I simply wasn’t able to talk with them because of all the restrictions. Im beyond saving at this point and I can’t go back to how things where before with my parents, our relationship is so strained we barely exchange more than a few casual words a day. I’m not saying we don’t talk and have good times sometimes but I have trouble even saying good morning and good night never mind “I love you.” I’ve cried, I’ve had nightmares and now I have to live with the constant fear forever. I have to hide everything I do, like a bird in a cage that’s desperate to fly. Like I before this made me depressed, I now know my parents don’t trust me, they don’t believe I can be “fixed” anymore. I pity all the other poor children who have to deal with this. I’m a teenager and this app has ruined everything for me. A small letter to that one review, “get over it kids! LOL!” Do you have any idea what these kids are going through? Do you have absolutely ANY idea what is going through these kids heads?? You’re a horrible parent as I can already tell. And I feel truly bad for your kids, they deserve better. You do not deserve them. That’s all I have to say. If any parent(s) are reading this, please just listen to me. Save your kid(s) before it’s too late. I understand that you might want to restrict their phones a little bit, trust me, I understand. Please use some other app or something. Don’t make them hate you. You want your kids to be happy? Don’t use this. Please. I hope this review will save some kid’s futures. Help them, save them. Please I’m begging you. Before it’s too late. This is my review. Remember, if you’re a victim of this app, you’re not alone. I am here to avenge you all.

To charge 4.99 and 9.99 for a app that doesn’t even work to begin with is ridiculous. I’ve tried to block a number several times and the app fails every time

Finally verizon read app reviews on app deletion and fixed it ..

The Verizon “Smart” family app fails to do the very basic thing for which I pay a monthly fee for. It’s inconsistent and extremely unreliable. Very frustrated when a paid app fails to deliver on the simplest task. Like Pause Internet. I mean come on. Pause now. Not 45 minutes later. Why do I even pay for this? Or why do you only allow me to block 10 numbers on this app? Who came up with this stupid idea? It literally costs you guys nothing to allow me to block unlimited numbers. Even a free Google Voice number and their free app allows me not only to block unlimited numbers but also to mark them as spam. Shame on Verizon

It doesn’t block iMessages and does even keep a record of them. Also it doesn’t block websites or anything that goes through apps. It doesn’t tell the parent anything until about 24 hours later. DON’T waste your money on this.

Crashes the moment you open the app. It hasn’t worked for months. Verizon should be ashamed. Switching to Life 360

As soon as I tap to load, splash screen pops up and disappears immediately; completely unusable.

The latest version is rendering this program useless. It crashes every time I attempt to launch it. All of my other Verizon products work properly, but this one is terrible right now. Please fix.
