Doesn’t work at all I have 8 packs and none connect since new update . Now I have zero info on my packs. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. When will you fix it ?

The app was never very good to begin with, but at least you could connect to each battery and make sure of its charge state. Now it doesn’t populate any data on the app. Due to this when I bought four additional batteries, I did not buy the same brand of battery. I changed brands

Old version had issues connecting from time to time, but I have not been able to get the redesigned app to work. The individual cell voltages missing is a real disappointment. Overall one big fail. I will not be recommending this battery anymore.

Giving this app one Star is being overly generous. Although the app was written in congee, at least the numbers could be derived and interpreted on the website. That was before an update in early 2024. Since then, I’ve been unable to log into the app at all, even when I enter in my email address for the app to send me a verification code to allow me to change my password. It’s probably just as well. The information in it had become so useless.

I had the older version it was working fine but the latest ones stops communicating with the battery anymore.

8/8/2024 UPDATE - I keep awaiting updates that make the telemetry work again but every update does not work like it used to. Very disappointed.

The App is not displaying any values when connecting via Bluetooth to the VESTWOODS 12V 240Ah LiFePO4 batteries.

The current version no longer works. The old version from 2023 worked but after they updated it it no longer reads my battery.

This app used to work for my 300ah 12v lithium iron phosphate battery, but suddenly with an update it stopped working, and there doesn’t seem to be any other app that will connect to the vestwoods battery.

I paid a premium to for two large 200AH batteries for my electric pontoon boat with Bluetooth app capabilities as I want to know my state of charge. With the latest update I can connect but get zero telemetry from the battery. It’s basically a dumb battery now and I feel like I was cheated. That’s what you get for trusting unknown brands.
