Please add functionality
Hello app developers, so far I like the app and the ability to search symptoms from different diseases. I would please like the added option of making your own notes at the diseases so that when I treated a case successfully I can add my personal findings like treatment method, medications, location treated or additional information for future reference. Even an entire different disease when location dependent could be useful. This would be very beneficial for me. Thanks for the consideration.
