Don’t ever buy or sell through Viagogo. I sold my tickets through this app, and the buyer canceled on me just minutes before the concert, claiming the tickets couldn’t be used. After rushing to the venue after work and speaking with the on-site organizer, I found out that the tickets were never even scanned or used. I gathered all the evidence, including the scanner results, and submitted them to Viagogo. For four months, I waited and repeatedly followed up, only to receive the same generic response about escalating the issue to the "relevant department." No real action was ever taken. In the end, I wasn’t paid for the tickets, and on top of it all, they charged me a seller fee.
