Victoria’s Secret UK & Ireland

This app is not original Victoria Secret. It is simply a scam, I paid €130 on my order and did not receive this. Their contact number is not functioning so you cannot reach them. Do not order from this app as it is not secure. Very dissapointing to know that a good brand’s reputation can be ruined like this.

I paid 50 euros for my items and I did not receive anything. I’ve tried to email them…but you can’t contact them. This is fraud. 🚨 I truly love this brand, but I am so disappointed and shocked 😳😞

Half the items aren’t even in stock for most of the sizes. What a pity

Very unstable app, difficult to find orders, chat is dropping when contacting support

I forgot my password so I went on help and they said something about sending me an email with a temporary password and it didn’t even work I don’t know if it’s me or the app but it’s annoying now I lost my account with my own email I don’t know if this is anybody else but if the creator could reply to me and give me the help I need that would be kind thanks

Extremely annoying not being able to access the USA site from UK as I have friends who will purchase items for me that I am unable to get in UK and being able to see them would really useful. Other sites like free people allow you to access other territories sites

Always arrive on time and size is true to form and such good quality!

I only put 3 bc it’s took money out of my account then logged me out and saying I haven’t placed an order
