The app cannot connect to/ from any device. Not from phone not from IPad" This is a catch 22 situation. There is no code of six digits anywhere on the charger , which instructions tell you. you have to reset with PUK code. That activity makes the code entry window disappear so the only thing you see is a circle and the word Busy , which goes on for ages until it’s back to restart it all.
