I bought application previously and can not restore my purchase after update the version. My subscription is not restored! And no any answers from support.

Good app
Good app! But trouble with uploading photos from camera roll (all thumbnails are one picture) clear cache doesn't work. Please fix it!
Everything disappeared
It worked great until 2 weeks ago. Everything disappeared. Contacted the company is their support twice and have never heard a thing. Now, even though I set a pin, any number combination will open it. It’s not secure
All data erased
This is a money grabbing scam. They will delete any iCloud data without warning and then not respond to any support emails. Reviews are full of people with the same experience. Avoid at all cost, especially with sensitive materials.

I bought your video safe and it was great until you stopped updating it. Cant trust you.
Use to be good
I had/have the original version, that I paid for and it was discontinued. This version wants me now to pay again but pay monthly (which I will never do for any phone apps) to even add photos or videos. Nope!
Bad
Appears the app has a bug not working properly customer service not answering any emails
To not trust this app and developer with your files.
This app used to be a one time unlimited purchase for all features and then without anything added they switched to a subscription model. Who knows where this money grab could end. They are just as likely to start data mining the photos and videos you store to gain even more money off you. BEWARE! Look for alternatives. There are many.
