## ViHealth Description
This ViHealth APP works with your Viatom devices. It enables you to view history data in devices:
-Connect the device via Bluetooth;
-Get data from device;
ViHealth is a personal health management application that works with your Viatom devices to bring the health monitoring equipment into full play, allowing easy health management.

View historical data
Measurements of the device can be synchronized to the APP that supports multiple styles of data display, enabling you to track your health conditions and achieve health goals.

Real-time monitoring
The APP provides a more user-friendly reading format, making it easy to quickly identify health conditions.

Share report
Share your health report with your relatives or doctors to enjoy more efficient health management.

Multi-user management
The APP supports health management for multiple users, helping you take care of your family members.

Support Apple Health

The content provided by the APP and the device must be combined with professional advice and cannot be used for medical purposes.

Please add the ability to turn off the vibration. I sleep with a bipap that takes care of when I quit breathing. Even with the weakest vibration it wakes me up, defeating the purpose of the bipap.

This app is not consistent. Doesn’t connect all the time. At times will not let you login. Will display message saying downloading and nothing happens.

Removed app and reinstalled said it was new and improved version. I don’t see any improvement.

### ****- "Monitor hospice"
I have to be honest, this has given me peace of mind while monitoring my husband’s oxygen levels. What I don’t like is that there is no tech support and updates seems to cause more bugs than they fix. 
Wish there was a explanation for the scoring but all that said, I would still purchase because it is the only thing out there that lets you monitor someone else’s oxygen from another room.

Started just today to set off alarm on my phone concerning HR threshold. Device says 75 but app says over 120 and alarm on phone keeps going off even though it’s set not to. Can’t find any setting to stop that or change anything concerning HR. Now I have to not open the app or hear the alarm every few minutes.

Highly incorrect readings. Measured against Apple Watch and BP machine. HR on this device (while keeping hand completely still and making sure device secure) stated HR was in the 80s for several minutes while it was actually in the 130s and above. This happened several times. I do not trust the accuracy at all. Use at your own risk. 

Also, can’t use app support because the website is not secure so my phone can’t even access it.

I use the BP2 device. I think it’s pretty great how this app works, and I’m happy the BP and Heart Rate are shared with the Apple Health app. But I do wish the ECG info was shared with Apple Health. If it was, I would change my rating to 5 stars.

The app works well for me using voiceover and braille on an ipad. But every few days it stops working. eek!! then I remember it has a nag for you to sign up for a fee based service. AND the@"don't remind me again button does not work!"  this is very sleazy practice. unethical. please correct it.

### ***** "Edited: O2 Alarm stopped working day 7"
I learned that the problem was due to a notification bug in iOS 18.4, not due to a vihealth issue. 
Problem: Thought I had found the perfect monitor until day 7 when the low oxygen alarm failed to sound for two sustained duration periods with spO2 below 80. Now it doesn’t sound when I pull the sensor off my thumb either. I turned it off and on again but it doesn’t work at all now. 
It is a real shame because I carefully tested it against the fold standard in the US, the SpO2 sensors made by Mossimo for inpatient use. The results were almost exactly
the same.”

Works really well using my O2Ring with SleepHQ. I only wish it would let me read the actual battery level (%) by going to settings. The battery icon doesn’t give me enough info to decide whether I need to recharge it or can get away with charging every other night. Thanks.

Up until the last software update it was great. Now sometimes the app says the device is connected but does not display the oxygen and pulse. This is a problem especially at night as we rely on the alerts from the app to wake us if the oxygen falls too low. The vibration from the device is not enough to wake my husband. I have checked and when the app is not displaying the pulse and oxygen the device is so I am not sure where the problem is since it says connected. Please fix this issue asap. Thanks

App is cumbersome to setup and useless for the Checkme Blood Pressure Monitor. It will not take a screenshot reading and does not communicate directly to the phone app. Instructions are lacking (non existent). Would definitely not pay $79.99 per year for Premium version.
